Onboarding (Training): App Training, Soft Skill Training

Task Assignment: Algorithm, Manual

Rejection of Task: Client-specific. Rejecting a task is discouraged but there are exceptions that are allowed. For certain clients, there is a penalty system in place. For others, there isn't a "strict" system that has been built out so far.

Payout Structure: Flexible - client dependent

Bonus/Incentive Structure: Tiered structure that is built around the percentage of successful deliveries.

Social Security/Benefits: Interviewee was not sure about the specifics but was certain that the insurance coverage is client-specific. For example, a client doing food deliveries through LoadShare may have accident insurance. Further, interviewee said that if there were delivery executives being brought on-board through manpower agencies, then those people would have insurance covered by those agencies.
