Task Assignment: Algorithm

Rejection of Task: There are set procedures for taking leave and being unable to conduct a class. However, if trainers do not go through these channels and arbitrarily miss classes then there is a penalty system in place.

Payout Structure: Monthly

Bonus/Incentive Structure: There are incentives for covering extra classes for other trainers but otherwise, employees have a clearly defined 'career-path' to rise up the ranks in Cult.Fit (fitness trainers). For kitchen staff, a bonus plan was being worked out based on a combination of performance (ratings) and tenure with the organization - January 2020.

Social Security/Benefits: Provident Fund (PF), Medical Insurance, Gratuity - common to all employees. Those Eat.Fit (kitchen + delivery) staff engaged via 3rd party logistics firms get their benefits from their parent firm.
